Roblox Studio Assets operates an online marketplace for digital assets used in Roblox Studio.

By browsing, purchasing, downloading, or using any product from robloxstudioassets.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our products.

Every product sold here is a digital download, so there is nothing physical to ship. The moment your payment is confirmed, access is granted automatically and instantly. Your files appear on a secure download page, a download link is emailed to you, and the order is saved to your account so you can re-download anytime.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (card payments) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Your card and payment details are entered directly with those providers, are encrypted, and are never seen or stored on our servers. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Because every product is a digital download that is delivered instantly and in full, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If a file is broken, missing, or not as described, contact us at support@robloxstudioassets.com. We respond fast and will make it right.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the asset, not ownership of it. Paid files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or published as standalone files under any circumstances. Free products may be downloaded and used under the same usage terms. Full details are in our License.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept any changes.

By completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of your files, and you accept that delivery begins straight away.

Where the law allows, this means you give up any right to withdraw or cancel once the files have been made available to you.

Delivery is complete the moment your download page and download link are issued, whether or not you choose to download the files. Our server records of that access are accepted as evidence of delivery.

Every asset we sell is either made by us or licensed to us with the rights needed to sell it.

If you believe an asset infringes your rights, email support@robloxstudioassets.com with evidence of ownership. We take these reports seriously, investigate promptly, and remove anything where the claim is substantiated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product or these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

All sales are final.

If anything is wrong with your order, email support@robloxstudioassets.com first. We will work with you to put it right.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, and without giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to revoke access to purchased files and to refuse future orders from any account, email address, or person who does so.
